Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Kommo CRM Technical Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using the Kommo CRM platform. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, configuring the CRM system, working closely with the sales and project management teams, and ensuring customers receive timely resolutions. The specialist will also need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems, and provide feedback to improve the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly
  • Experience with Sales processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Project Management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Kommo CRM is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
